SupaKoto provides premium automotive protection and customization services, including but not limited to:

• Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation

• Nano-ceramic coating applications

• Wheels and interior protection packages
• Window tinting services

Service Bookings and Appointments

Booking Process

Service bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by SupaKoto staff.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Vehicle Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is clean and ready for service. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle requires extensive preparation.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed before service commencement and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and installment payments (where available)
• Deposits may be required for certain services or large projects
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in writing at the time of service. Warranties typically cover:

• Material defects and installation workmanship
• Peeling, bubbling, or delamination under normal use
• Color fading or discoloration (subject to manufacturer specifications)

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or improper maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from environmental factors beyond our control
• Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
• Failure to follow recommended care instructions

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Disclose any previous damage, repairs, or modifications to your vehicle
• Follow all care and maintenance instructions provided
• Inspect completed work before leaving our facility
• Report any concerns or issues within the specified warranty period
• Maintain your vehicle in accordance with manufacturer recommendations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaKoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed by the customer
• Damage to aftermarket modifications or non-OEM parts
• Loss of use, time, or business during service
• Personal property left in vehicles

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SupaKoto or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Photography and Marketing

By using our services, you grant SupaKoto permission to photograph your vehicle and use these images for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing. We will not include any personally identifiable information without your consent.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where services were provided.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt, depending on the location where services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.
